The produced ice cream sticks are made of high quality birch wood, which are complete natural and healthy, meeting food safety standards. For producing round ice cream sticks, this production line includes timber slicer, wood wool sharpener and former, wood wool set size machine, ice cream stick polishing machine, and blade sharpner.
Round Ice Cream Stick Making Machine

With wood timber as raw material, through slicing, forming, size setting and then polishing, last make wood round ice cream sticks.

Firstly, should prepare the timber, at least 50cm length, 8cm width, and 3.5cm thickness, then use NO.1 (Model LGC-1) Timber Slicer to cutting into wood chips.The finished sticks is usually with the specification: φ5.5mm, length 240mm.
The above machines make the whole production line, which can produce 170,000pcs round ice cream sticks every 8 hours, and 4-5 workers are needed.

Power: 380V industry electric. Electric consumption about 10 degrees /h. Generally speaking,1 cubic meter timber can produce 55,000 pairs chopsticks (size: Φ5.0mm, 200mm). Our machines can use the leftover materials from wooden furniture factory and wooden crafts factory or undersized tree to produce different specification round sticks.
